Steps to make 脊骨山药玉米汤

  • 1.脊骨清洗干净,浸泡一会。
  • 2.起锅冷水,放入脊骨,烧开,打掉浮沫,焯水备用。
  • 3.另起一锅水,加入焯水后的脊骨,放入玉米,姜块一起炖。
  • 4.开锅后,再次打掉浮沫。
  • 5.改小火,慢炖一小时。
  • 6.脊骨炖好后,倒入山药,继续炖十分钟即可,关火,放入盐。
  • 7.成品图。
