鱼香肉丝
没有鱼的肉丝,但有鱼的味道。酸甜更入味,一道超级下饭的家常菜。

  • 里脊肉400g
  • 胡萝卜半根
  • 绿彩椒半个
  • 红彩椒1/3个
  • 3勺
  • 蛋清1个
  • 半勺
  • 生抽1勺
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 香醋1勺
  • 郫县豆瓣酱1勺

Steps to make 鱼香肉丝

  • 1.里脊肉一块洗干净备用。
  • 2.胡萝卜、青红彩椒大葱洗干净,木耳起前泡发洗干净备用。
  • 3.大蒜,生姜洗干净。
  • 4.把大葱切成葱花,大蒜和生姜切成末。
  • 5.把里脊肉切成条,里面加一个蛋清,玉米淀粉和料酒。
  • 6.用手抓拌均匀腌制十分钟。
  • 7.取一小碗调料汁,里面加一勺生抽,一勺蚝油,一勺香醋,盐,白糖、味精和适量的水搅拌均匀做成鱼香汁。
  • 8.把胡萝卜、青红彩椒和木耳切成丝。
  • 9.锅中倒油,油温六成热小火把葱姜蒜炒出香味。
  • 10.再把腌制好的肉丝倒进去翻炒变白。
  • 11.里面加一勺郫县豆瓣酱。
  • 12.炒出红油
  • 13.再把胡萝卜丝,木耳丝和青彩椒丝倒进去翻炒断生。
  • 14.把调好的鱼香汁倒进去翻炒。
  • 15.最后把红彩椒丝倒进去翻炒两下即可。
  • 16.一道超级下饭的鱼香肉丝开吃喽。
