    • 1.木耳泡发好撕成小片
    • 2.百合一片片掰开
    • 3.芦笋切成段
    • 4.准备材料
    • 5.芦笋放沸水里焯烫一下捞出,放冷水里冲冲沥干
    • 6.百合也焯烫一下捞起冷水冲凉沥干
    • 7.起油锅放入葱蒜爆香,后放入芦笋翻炒几下
    • 8.加黑木耳一起翻炒
    • 9.再加入百合一起炒,调入盐、料酒、一点热水烧开
    • 10.加几个红椒圈,调入鸡精即可
