樱桃派
很长时间没做派类食物了,因为总觉得热量太高,今天将派皮的黄油量和白糖量都减少了,填上樱桃馅,樱桃馅只添加了一点蜂蜜,最大限度保存营养成分。不是很甜的酥皮加上蜜汁的水果馅,真的是太好吃了,减肥的事情在美食面前总是那么不堪一击,吃了再减吧,嘻嘻,这么美好的下午甜点真的不容错过......

  • 樱桃300克
  • 白糖20克
  • 全蛋液48克
  • 黄油65克
  • 蜂蜜10克

Steps to make 樱桃派

  • 1.准备好原材料
  • 2.樱桃清洗干净,去蒂去核
  • 3.樱桃里加入蜂蜜,充分拌匀,然后用保鲜膜密闭,放在常温下两个小时
  • 4.全蛋液里加入白糖,充分拌匀
  • 5.筛入低筋面粉,黄油切成小块加入
  • 6.将黄油捏碎,然后用刮刀拌匀,捏成面团
  • 7.包上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏室两个小时
  • 8.面团取出,下面垫上保鲜膜,上面再覆盖一层保鲜膜,用擀面杖擀成圆片
  • 9.装入六寸派盘
  • 10.边缘多余的部分搓成长条变成麻花状围在周围装饰,然后用叉子均匀扎上小孔
  • 11.放入预热的烤箱中层,上下火,200度,25分钟
  • 12.出炉后将樱桃连同汤汁一起倒入即可
