南瓜饺子
我们家都是面食控,饺子经常吃,但是南瓜饺子第一次吃.第一次用南瓜泥做饺子皮,味道做棒极了.

    Steps to make 南瓜饺子

    • 1.面粉+南瓜泥+少许盐(面粉的1%),揉成光滑的面团,松弛半小时以上。
    • 2.利用面正在松弛的时候来准备馅料。猪肉洗净剁肉末后,将料酒、胡椒粉、葱姜末腌制一会.萝卜干、豇豆洗净,切小丁。
    • 3.萝卜干、豇豆、肉末加入调和油、蚝油、盐香油分别炒半熟后,混合一起再炒几分钟。起锅,装碗里备用。
    • 4.松弛好的面团,分剂擀成10g剂子的饺子皮。(在擀饺子面皮的过程中,可再表面沾少许面粉在擀面皮,因为加了南瓜泥的面团很黏)
    • 5.在饺子皮中间放上适量的馅
    • 6.先将饺皮对折,中间捏合后,再于两边分别打褶,成形.
    • 7.蒸屉铺上笼布,摆入饺子,锅内烧滚水,蒸15分钟即可。(图片是已经蒸好的)
    • 8.若是要煮的话,在锅中放入适量的水烧开。水滚后下入饺子,待饺子浮上来后,淋上一碗凉水,盖上锅盖,再次煮沸后再淋一小碗凉水,共淋三小碗凉水。饺子鼓胀后,关火,出锅。
