Steps to make 黑芝麻曲奇

  • 1.所有材料准备;
  • 2.黄油室温软化,用电动打蛋器低速将黄油打发至颜色变淡,体积膨大,呈羽毛状;
  • 3.分两次加入糖粉,打匀;
  • 4.分三次加入蛋液,每次都要使蛋液和黄油打至完全融合,直到蛋液全部加完;
  • 5.加入过筛的低筋面粉,用刮刀拌匀至无面粉颗粒;
  • 6.加入熟黑芝麻,拌匀;
  • 7.面糊装入裱花袋;
  • 8.在烤盘上挤出曲奇造型;
  • 9.烤箱预热180度,烤18分钟;
  • 10.出炉后,将曲奇移至冷却架上冷却。
