Steps to make 腊八蒜

  • 1.准备大蒜6个。
  • 2.选大蒜要紫皮蒜。
  • 3.给盘子里面加水,把大蒜浸泡5分钟,这样好去皮。
  • 4.五分钟后把大蒜掰开。
  • 5.将剥好的大蒜用流动的水洗干净。
  • 6.去掉有伤和坏了的大蒜。
  • 7.用刀将大蒜两头切掉。
  • 8.放在案板上在太阳底下把大蒜晒干水分。
  • 9.洗好的瓶子用吹风机把里面吹干。
  • 10.准备米醋和冰糖。
  • 11.大蒜装进无油无水的瓶子里将。
  • 12.再将冰糖放进去。
  • 13.倒上末过冰糖的米醋。
  • 14.把盖子封禁。
  • 15.放进太阳底下。
  • 16.一天后的变化。
  • 17.两天后的变化。
  • 18.第三天早上大蒜已经变成翠绿色了。
