百合有养阴润肺止咳,清心安神的功效,枸杞能增强人的免疫力,提高机体的抗病能力,枸杞和百合都具有滋阴养血润燥的作用 ,秋天可以多煮些来吃,而且做法很简单,无需很长的时间。

Steps to make 枸杞百合汤

  • 1.把百合掰成小朵,把外面发黄的百合瓣去掉,然后把百合瓣剥开来洗,如果剥到里面有发黄的部分,再用小刀把黄色部分削掉。清洗干净后放入清水浸泡10分钟。
  • 2.枸杞用清水冲洗干净即可,无需久泡。
  • 3.把清洗干净的百合放入电饭煲中,加入没过百合的清水。喜欢喝汤也可以多加些水。
  • 4.煮开后加入冰糖,盖上锅盖中小火焖煮。
  • 5.等百合呈透明色时加入冲洗干净的枸杞,拌匀后即可熄火。
  • 6.甘甜软糯,润燥败火的枸杞百合汤。
