Steps to make Lazy Zongzi
- 1. Soak the glutinous rice for one or two hours, drain the water, add a little light soy sauce and a small amount of salt, mix well, and cut the sausages into slices or diced sausages
- 2. Boil the zongzi leaves in water for three minutes in advance before washing them clean. Use scissors to cut off the hard stems of the zongzi leaves and roll them into a funnel shape.
