  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.糖加入牛奶中融化,再加入玉米油搅打均匀。
  • 3.加入鸡蛋搅打均匀。
  • 4.加入过筛的面粉,搅拌成无颗粒的均匀面糊。
  • 5.把面糊过筛,得到更加细腻的面糊。
  • 6.加熟黑芝麻。
  • 7.蛋卷锅在炉灶上,两面分别加热一分钟。
  • 8.锅面上不需要抹油,因为面糊里含油量较高,舀一小勺面糊,压合手柄,两面煎烤约半分钟。
  • 9.打开手柄,用筷子夹住饼的一边迅速卷起,外层边缘稍压一下定型。
  • 10.放在烤架上冷却。
  • 11.刚凉透的蛋卷最是香甜酥脆,比卖的好吃多了,没有香精等怪异味道。夏天不可做多,容易回软。
