天儿是越来越暖和了,衣服也是越穿越薄,可是肉肉还是赖着不走!最近两天的确是有点着急了,搜集了几个健身操,准备没事儿练一练。昨天晚上试着做了几个动作,才做几下就已经手心出汗,气喘吁吁了,什么是缺乏锻炼?我这样的就是!唉!吃胖虽易,减肥不易啊,且锻炼切珍惜!一不小心,咱也说上了句伊利体!
下午闲着没事儿,犹豫着要不要烤一盘饼干,最后和小姐妹涵一说,禁不住她的鼓励,又把减肥的事儿抛到脑后了,烤了两盘曲奇,吃了5块儿!⊙﹏⊙b汗!

  • 6.用橡皮刮刀切拌均匀。
  • 7.装好裱花嘴,把面糊装进裱花袋内。
