孜然烤翅

  • 辣椒酱1勺
  • 孜然粉1勺
  • 白胡椒粉少许
  • 咖喱粉少许
  • 椒盐粉少许
  • 玉米淀粉1勺
  • 1勺
  • 白糖少许
  • 鸡精少许

Steps to make 孜然烤翅

  • 1.鸡中翅洗净沥干水分,用刀在背面或正面画2下,以便入味。放入容器中加入拍碎的蒜头和所有调料,用手抓匀,放冰箱冷藏10个小时左右入味。
  • 2.取出鸡翅用竹签串好,放入铺了油纸的烤盘中。
  • 3.送入事先预热好的烤箱中层,上下火200度,20分钟。
  • 4.取出翻面。(此时油纸会有水分,不用担心,继续烤制之后就没有水分了)
  • 5.再次送入烤箱中层,上下火200度,20分钟。
  • 6.再次取出翻面。
  • 7.送入烤箱中层,上下火190度,10分钟。
  • 8.取出晾凉即可食用。
  • 9.成品图。
