  • 1.买的猪皮先焯水!
  • 2.剐干净油脂切条!
  • 3.炖锅做水,放入切好的猪皮!
  • 4.大火开锅以后再炖两个小时,直至汤变成乳白色,如图!
  • 5.倒入保鲜盒里面晾凉之后放冷藏!
  • 6.生抽蒜泥香油调好,淋到皮冻上即可!
