砂锅香煎东北年糕
大爱的东北年糕,绵软黏糯,念念不忘。这还是过年时自家撒的黄米面年糕呐,纯绿色,真叫一个黏,还有一块冻在冰箱里,偶然发现赶紧拿出来打牙祭。喜欢外焦里糯的口感,于是用那800度干烧不裂的砂锅煎了,真棒,小火,受热均匀,黏黏糯糯,蘸白糖吃,香甜Q弹,儿时的味道。
