  • 1.食材准备:冬瓜切皮,洗净切片、咸肉洗净切块、黑木耳水泡发、玉米切段。
  • 2.葱、姜洗净,分别切末、切片。
  • 3.在锅内放入咸肉、黑木耳、姜和适量的水。
  • 4.大火烧开后,倒入料酒,烧煮10分钟。
  • 5.放入玉米,盖上盖,大火烧开改为中小火焖烧15分钟。
  • 6.接着放冬瓜和盐,继续焖烧5分钟。
  • 7.烧熟后,再撒入葱花、鸡精,拌匀上桌。
