橙皮柚子酱
时间过得真快啊,一转眼又快到中秋节了!每年中秋总是要做各式各样的月饼,而准备工作更是早早的就开始了。今天做的这款橙皮酱,即可以泡水喝,也可以做月饼甜点的馅料,直接泡水,口感风味和蜂蜜柚子茶差不多,做馅料加一点也是非常的提味。

  • 柚子肉200g
  • 冰糖150g

Steps to make 橙皮柚子酱

  • 1.把红芯柚子取出需要的量,
  • 2.橙汁外皮清洗干净,用削皮刀把外皮橙黄色的部分削下来,不要里面浅色的部分,那部分太苦
  • 3.橙皮切丝
  • 4.冰糖用料理机打成粉。
  • 5.橙皮先用盐腌制半小时,然后放入冰糖粉
  • 6.放入冰糖粉,拌均匀
  • 7.腌制大约2小时,让糖粉完全融化,橙皮也有些变色。
  • 8.小火煮
  • 9.柚子肉去掉外衣,掰成小块,待橙子皮煮的没有汤汁时放入柚子
  • 10.继续小火熬煮,
  • 11.直到柚子的水分完全蒸发,就可以了。做好的橙皮柚子酱,泡水喝还是做馅用随便啦。我做好就直接吃啦点,哈哈
