  • 1.羊排斩断(买时斩),清水泡一会去血水。

  • 4.锅上火下姜.葱.加水调精盐烧开。
  • 5.放入羊排大火煮。
  • 6.羊排15分钟至酥烂拣出
  • 7.做好的羊排下六成热油锅炸至金黄色倒出, 控尽油。
  • 8.锅留底油煸香小茴香调味料。
  • 9.放蒜和葱。
  • 10.放洋葱煸炒,然后放羊排。
