五香牛肉
卤牛肉选用牛腱子是最好的选择,金钱腱(前腿腱)里面含有很多的筋膜,且口感特别Q弹!

  • 花椒1小把
  • 黄栀子2颗(可不加)
  • 卤料包1包
  • 蚝油2勺
  • 生抽2勺

Steps to make 五香牛肉

  • 1.金钱腱清水浸泡一晚上,泡出里面的血水,中途换水两次。
  • 2.牛腱子冷水下锅,加入葱,姜,料酒,花椒,煮开撇去浮沫。
  • 3.捞出牛腱子,用温水清洗一遍。
  • 4.转入电饭煲,加入足量的水,漫过牛肉为宜(我加入了泡好的黄栀子水)。
  • 5.加入蚝油,生抽,盐调个底味。
  • 6.加入一个卤料包,也可自己搭配。
  • 7.选择牛羊肉键,煮好不开盖焖半小时。
  • 8.泡在汤里一晚上,可以更入味。
  • 9.切片装盘,可以开吃了。
  • 10.也可以调个自己喜欢的蘸料搭配一下。
