Steps to make 清蒸鲈鱼

  • 1.加州鲈鱼一条。
  • 2.去鳞鳍内脏,清洗干净。
  • 3.鲈鱼竖起来从尾部开切,约两厘米下刀,不要切断,留一点点。
  • 4.放在盘中,加入料酒和盐,腌渍十五分钟。
  • 5.腌鱼过程中准备配料,配餐火腿切丁,图中不全部用来蒸鱼的,一部分做其它菜了。
  • 6.三根葱切下葱白部分,生姜切粗丝,另外再切一点细姜丝,拍图的时候还没切,之后忘了。
  • 7.腌好的鱼重新洗净,将葱姜塞进鱼肚中。
  • 8.鱼身浇适量米酒以及蒸鱼豉油,配餐火腿堆在一边。大火烧水,上汽后蒸十分钟。口重的可以在鱼身上撒一点盐蒸,我加了大约1克盐。
  • 9.细姜丝撒在鱼上,烧一点油,要冒青烟,然后趁热浇在姜丝上。
  • 10.撒上适量葱花即可。
