豆豉香辣虾
冰箱里还有没吃完的虾,最喜欢麻辣的味道了,最近心情不爽,工作好累,吃点麻辣的过过瘾吧

  • 生抽一勺
  • 白酒一勺

  • 1.青虾去头,去掉虾线用白酒腌制片刻
  • 2.蒜姜切末备用
  • 3.青辣椒和郫县豆掰酱也切好备用
  • 4.平底锅放油,多放些,小火慢慢的把虾煎至两面金黄
  • 5.另起锅爆香蒜姜
  • 6.放入豆瓣酱
  • 7.放青辣椒翻炒
  • 8.放虾进去
  • 9.加生抽和适量水焖煮三分钟
  • 10.加豆豉翻炒出香味,加一勺麻油,收汁即可
  • 11.盛盘点缀些香菜就更美了
