  • 鸡爪6只

  • 牛百叶190g
  • 百叶结100g
  • 自制牛油火锅底料油1块
  • 姜片5片
  • 料酒1勺
  • 八角3颗
  • 桂皮1块
  • 草果1颗
  • 香叶4片
  • 花椒粒8颗

Steps to make 羊肉火锅

  • 1.羊排洗净切块焯水。
  • 2.热锅热油下入姜片再放羊排爆香。
  • 3.加料酒,生抽,酱油炒至上色。
  • 4.加八角桂皮草果等香料炒香。
  • 5.加一锅清水,放入一大块牛油火锅底料,适量食盐大火煮开后转小火慢炖一小时。
  • 6.鸡骨架切块熬成鸡汤。
  • 7.再鸡汤里面放食盐和鸡精,慢炖一小时,待汤汁变成乳白色。
  • 8.鸳鸯锅一边放羊肉汤,一边放鸡汤。
  • 9.其他蔬菜食材洗净沥干水份,一边吃一边烧即可。
