  • 大葱15克
  • 豆瓣酱200克
  • 生姜15克
  • 辣椒粉80克
  • 杏仁15克
  • 五香粉5克
  • 芝麻15克

Steps to make 特色酱辣子

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.将莲藕去皮清洗干净,切细末备用。
  • 3.葱、姜切末。
  • 4.炒锅中加油(比炒菜油多一些),小火爆香葱姜。
  • 5.加入豆瓣酱小火翻炒,炒出香味。
  • 6.加入切好的莲藕,翻炒5分钟。
  • 7.加入五香粉翻炒均匀。
  • 8.将炒好的酱盛到大碗里。
  • 9.酱上面铺上辣椒粉。
  • 10.放上杏仁、芝麻。
  • 11.另起锅,倒入油加热(油温大约7成)
  • 12.将热油泼在辣椒粉上搅拌均匀。
