今年鸡蛋格外的便宜,价格创了20年的新低,最近餐桌上鸡蛋的菜肴频率很高,又做了点卤鸡蛋,用来做早餐很不错

Steps to make 五香卤鸡蛋

  • 1.鸡蛋和调味料准备好
  • 2.先把鸡蛋洗干净
  • 3.洗好的鸡蛋放入锅里煮熟,水开之后煮8分钟,不要煮的时间太长,因为一会还得再卤
  • 4.煮好的鸡蛋捞出放到凉水里,用凉水激一下,好剥皮
  • 5.剥好壳的鸡蛋,用刀划上一刀,容易入味
  • 6.锅里放入水,倒入生抽和老抽,放入香叶、花椒八角、桂皮,把剥好的鸡蛋放进去,开火煮开
  • 7.煮至汤汁收的差不多的时候关火捞出,便可以吃了
  • 8.五香卤鸡蛋就好了
