目前最火爆的电影莫过于星爷的美人鱼了,看过的童鞋一定会对小猪饰演的八爪鱼印象深刻,很多朋友纷纷表示看过之后再也不想吃八爪鱼了,可为嘛我看完之后就特别想吃呢,快告诉我想吃的不只是我一个!哈哈

  • 八爪鱼350g
  • 香辣牛肉酱1勺
  • 酱油1勺
  • 莲藕1节
  • 4瓣
  • 韩式甜辣酱2勺
  • 料酒2勺
  • 半勺
  • 少量

Steps to make 辣烤八爪鱼

  • 1.将八爪鱼处理干净,(我买的袋装八爪鱼已经处理过并做过初加工,所以比较好处理,如果生的话要将触角洗干净,头部要剪开处理干净。)
  • 2.将调料一并放入,拌匀,腌制两个小时或更久。大蒜制蓉,藕削皮切片备用。
  • 3.将蒜蓉、藕片放入拌匀,放入锡纸垫底的烤盘,淋入适量油。东菱电子烤箱预热5分钟左右,上下管180度共20分钟。
  • 4.送入预热完毕的烤箱,烤制15分钟,中间翻面一次
  • 5.香喷喷的辣烤八爪鱼出炉啦。甜辣带着些蒜香,还有可口的莲藕片,实在是一种享受呢~
