    Steps to make 烤羊排

    • 1.生姜和南姜洗净切片。
    • 2.羊排洗去血水沥干水份。
    • 3.羊排放入生姜,南姜,烧烤粉,孜然粉,蚝油。
    • 4.放入生抽,花生油,蜂蜜。
    • 5.将羊排均匀的涂抹上调料,涂抹均匀后放入冰箱冷藏腌制24小时。
    • 6.腌制入味的羊排摆在油纸上。
    • 7.再将腌羊排的酱汁淋在羊排上。
    • 8.烤箱上火加空气烤200度先烤30分钟。
    • 9.30分钟后将羊排翻个面继续烤30分钟。
    • 10.烤了1个小时后羊排切开外脆里嫩,而且非常入味。
    • 11.成品。
    • 12.分切出来一份羊排给小孩子食用比较方便。
