  • 1.准备花生100克提前炒熟压碎
  • 2.低筋面粉130克
  • 3.黄油90克
  • 4.糖粉60克
  • 5.所有材料称好备用
  • 6.黄油室温软化加入糖粉和蛋黄,鸡蛋黄稍微留出一点一会儿刷表面。
  • 7.打蛋器打发至体积蓬松就可以了
  • 8.筛入低筋面粉用刮刀翻拌均匀
  • 9.加入熟花生碎
  • 10.揉成面团
  • 11.烤盘铺上油纸把搓好的小圆子放进去,顺便把烤箱预热170度
  • 12.全部搓好
  • 13.用手指压扁
  • 14.刷上预留出来的蛋液
  • 15.全部完成放进烤箱中层170度25分钟。注意观察,不要烤过头。表面金黄色就可以了。每个烤箱不一样,所以具体时间大家自由掌握。
  • 16.出烤箱就闻到扑鼻而来的香味,酥酥脆脆一口一个满嘴都是花生的香味,太满足了?
