绝味搭配--香葱肉松面包块
前些日子地里的小香葱长势喜人我做了一次香葱肉松面包卷,肉松搭配上沙拉酱那叫一个绝配。今个香葱长势依然葱郁,再做个面包解解馋,翻出方子立马就做啊。原来是做成卷的现在做块只是为了吃起来方便,要不然不好下嘴啊!

  • 干酵母2克
  • 1克
  • 白糖25克
  • 奶粉15克
  • 全蛋50克
  • 50克
  • 黄油30克

Steps to make 绝味搭配--香葱肉松面包块

  • 1.做好的汤种材料A:汤种100克 (100克清水+ 25克高粉 微波炉加热1分钟成糊状,冷却后放入冰箱冷藏1小时后才可取出备用,我放了一夜)
  • 2.从材料里称出1/3的粉类盐除外,
  • 3.与汤种混合搅拌成糊状。
  • 4.再放入余下的2/3粉类及盐混合成团,放颌面机里搅拌。
  • 5.将面团揉制成粗略的薄膜时加入材料黄油再继续揉至扩展阶段即可
  • 6.揉成光滑的面团盖保鲜膜放温暖处进行基础发酵。
  • 7.当面团发至原来的2倍大时发酵完成。
  • 8.取出滚圆排气饧置15分钟
  • 9.擀成模具大小的长方形放在垫了油纸的烤盘里进行最后发酵。
  • 10.面团发酵至2倍大,表面刷蛋液,用竹签扎上小孔方便排气。
  • 11.撒上葱花、芝麻。
  • 12.烤箱170度18分钟
  • 13.烤好的面包取出,撕掉油纸,表面覆盖一张油脂直到晾凉。
  • 14.将面包片切成4条分成2组
  • 15.每片分别图上一层沙拉酱。其中的一片撒上肉松(用量随意喜欢吃就多放些)
  • 16.另一片盖在上面用手压压结实这样能沾紧些。
  • 17.均分切成3块
  • 18.拿起一组在2边甚至4边涂上沙拉酱
  • 19.上肉松,或多或少随个人意愿。
