糯米滋
夏天吃点QQ凉凉的糯米滋再好不过了,大家都动动手试试吧。这个方子可以做十五六个糯米滋哦如果吃不了这么多,可以把材料减半。

  • 椰蓉若干

Steps to make 糯米滋

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.水中加入炼乳,想要奶味浓一些可以再加少许奶粉。
  • 3.加入玉米油充分搅匀。
  • 4.搅到玉米油与乳液融合,加入细砂糖。
  • 5.加入"水磨糯米粉" (刚开始做糯米滋的时候,用的普通糯米粉结果..............)
  • 6.搅匀至无颗粒✌
  • 7.放入蒸锅蒸至半透明状态
  • 8.表面透明后不要马上拿出来用筷子划破看一下是否有白色液体,如果像图上出现白色液体,在蒸一会就好了。完全半透明后取出,最好用瓷的容器,受热会比较均匀,容器不一样时间大家自己掌握。
  • 9.蒸好后取出用筷子搅拌均匀。
  • 10.为什么要换容器呢 ?搅拌好会有一部分残留在容器里,放凉的过程中是会干掉的影响口感,一定要换容器盖保鲜膜保湿哦!放置自然冷却
  • 11.黄桃切丁 (或者自己喜欢水果最好是软一些的)硬的呢就不太容易包,芒果会好一些但是家里没有了用的黄桃。
  • 12.一切就绪准备好包糯米滋吧
  • 13.戴上一次性手套,不然会很粘手哦。揪一块糯米团,揉搓光滑按扁。
  • 14.放入水果粒
  • 15.放到椰蓉里滚一圈,用手握一下不然椰蓉容易散。包好放到纸托里
  • 16.看到这里Q弹美味的糯米滋就做完了
