圣诞面包
本身是帮儿子做一款圣诞蛋糕,儿子带去学校和小朋友分享了,然后儿子就要我再帮他准备一份圣诞小点,结果这款圣诞面包就出炉了。

  • 牛奶98克
  • 蛋液35克
  • 黄油30克
  • 2克
  • 酵母3克

Steps to make 圣诞面包

  • 1.准备所有食材
  • 2.牛奶、蛋液倒入面包机桶中,然后倒放入面粉,盐和糖对角放,酵母在面粉中间挖个洞放置,然后起动和面程序30分钟
  • 3.第一次和面程序结束后加入黄油再起动一次和面等和序。
  • 4.和面结束后取面团放入盆中,盖上保鲜膜开始发酵,图发酵好的面团,一般会发二到三倍大
  • 5.取出面团进行排气发分成18等分
  • 6.取两份面团一起揉成椭圆形当树干,其他的揉成圆形,如图摆列,发酵大约20-30分钟
  • 7.取一份饼干面团压出一个星星图案,上面加些银珠点缀一下,这部如果感觉麻烦可不加
  • 8.将星星放在圣诞树的顶部的面团上
  • 9.烤箱170度预热,发酵好的面包放烤箱中层上下火12-15分钟
