杏仁巧克力脆片
一道又简单又好吃的自制甜品,用来当作零食、蛋糕夹心、蛋糕装饰都是一流的。

  • 黄油65克
  • 白糖75克
  • 5克

Steps to make 杏仁巧克力脆片

  • 1.称取75克的杏仁,多余的杏仁要放冷藏室,以免变坏。此时可以将烤箱预热350F/175C。
  • 2.装入环保袋中,用擀面杖/榔头敲碎。此步骤也可以使用食物处理机(Food Processor)。
  • 3.将材料中出了可可粉和杏仁外的所有材料放入小锅中,煮至沸腾。
  • 4.离火后先倒入可可粉,搅拌均匀。之后倒入杏仁碎,然后倒在铺了牛油纸/硅胶片的烤盘上。
  • 5.用另外一块牛油纸/硅胶片盖在上面,用擀面杖擀平。
  • 6.由于烤制过程,薄脆会发大,所以进烤箱前,薄脆离烤盘的边缘要预留1-2里面的空隙。
  • 7.放入烤箱12-13分钟,取出后摊凉即可。记得要真空保存,因为糖分高的食物很容易受潮。
