Steps to make 苹果塔

  • 1.烤箱预热200度的同时,柠檬汁里放糖搅拌均匀。
  • 2.塔皮切成24cm的圆片,放在油纸上。
  • 3.苹果削皮,去核儿,切片,放到柠檬汁里蘸一下。
  • 4.苹果片摆到塔皮上,摆出圆形,把塔皮的边卷上去,包住苹果。
  • 5.多余的苹果和塔皮都堆到上面。
  • 6.烤25分钟或表面金黄即可取出。苹果酸酸甜甜软软糯糯,塔皮又酥又脆。
