金桔汤圆—吉星高照过新年
现在正是砂糖橘上市的季节,满大街都能见到它的身影,小小个但是味道却香甜无比,橘红的外皮格外诱人。刚摘下来带着新鲜的叶子,突然来了灵感,做一个桔子造型的汤圆吧,新年很应景。寓意吉祥如意、吉星高照、大吉大利。
今年过年不吃汤圆,要吃就吃金桔汤圆。哈哈

  • 豆沙馅50g
  • 砂糖橘200g

Steps to make 金桔汤圆—吉星高照过新年

  • 1.桔子剥皮放入榨汁机炸成橘子汁
  • 2.橘子汁过滤
  • 3.倒入小锅中煮开
  • 4.煮开的橘子汁倒入混合好的糯米粉和澄粉中和成软硬适中的面团,加入适量红色和橙色色素揉匀,取少许糯米粉、澄粉加抹茶和成浅绿色面团
  • 5.豆沙馅团成一个个小丸子
  • 6.取一些橘色面团包住豆沙球
  • 7.封口后整形成桔子形状用牙签不尖的一头扎许多小洞,注意不要把皮扎透了
  • 8.取一丁点绿色面团成球压扁,用刀刻成四角星形状
  • 9.抹少许水粘在桔子面团顶部
  • 10.取少许绿色面团做一个小叶子粘在面团上
  • 11.上汽后大火蒸8分钟左右
  • 12.出锅抹一层油防粘、防止表面变干
