红玫瑰小面包
这个红玫瑰小面包用的是庞多米土司的配方,把配方中的水换成牛奶,加了五克红曲粉,做成玫瑰花的形状,用心形的蛋糕模具烤,烤出来的玫瑰花小面包栩栩如生的样子,很是漂亮!

Steps to make 红玫瑰小面包

  • 1.准备好原料;
  • 2.面包桶里放入牛奶,对角放入盐和糖;
  • 3.把面包粉放入;
  • 4.红曲粉也放入;
  • 5.选择一个和面程序20分钟,面和好后,面包机内桶盖湿布静置30分种;
  • 6.静置好的面团放入酵母和黄油继续一个和面程序;
  • 7.面团和好后取出滚圆;
  • 8.分成相等的六份;
  • 9.盖保鲜膜松弛10分钟;
  • 10.分成5个小面剂;
  • 11.擀成圆形面片;
  • 12.把5个面剂一个压一个摆好;
  • 13.从一头卷起,从中间切开成玫瑰花生坯;
  • 14.所有面团都做成玫瑰花,排入8寸心形模具中,把玫瑰花生坯放入烤箱中发酵;
  • 15.玫瑰花生坯发酵好后取出,烤箱170度预热5分钟;
  • 16.放入玫瑰花生坯中层170度25分钟,烤好后取出,晾凉后入保鲜袋保存。
