麻酱杏鲍菇
马上就要过年了,又是一桌子大鱼大肉,想想心里就有负担。对于我这个体重超标的人来说素菜还是是最好的选择。早上妈妈买了几根杏鲍菇本想炒炒,后来我想试试做成凉菜。结果很成功,妈妈说很好吃,可以过年给家人们显摆一下了~

  • 芝麻酱两勺

  • 鱼露少量
  • 辣椒油一勺
  • 花椒油少许

Steps to make 麻酱杏鲍菇

  • 1.将杏鲍菇蒸5分钟后拿出,晾凉撕成细丝。
  • 2.菠菜焯水后控掉多余水分
  • 3.在蒸杏鲍菇的时调制酱汁~(芝麻酱用温水化开,搅成糊状即可),加入海鲜酱油、鸡精、盐、醋、鱼露、辣椒油、花椒油拌匀
  • 4.将杏鲍菇丝放入碗内,周围铺上菠菜,把麻酱汁狠狠的浇到他们头上,最后加点香菜点缀就好啦~
