炸八块,又名八块鸡,是河南省汉族传统名菜,这是一道一直想做而才做的美食,因为看到传统的烹饪方法是用2次油炸之后完成的美食,想想在家做要开个大油锅,所以一直没做。这道简便的炸八块,在原来传统的调味方式中改用了腌肉料腌制,把开大油锅改用了空气炸锅炸,几乎没有用到什么油,口感也超级美味,真正的是健康美味二不误呢,鸡肉肉质细嫩,滋味鲜美,适合多种烹调方法,并富有营养,有滋补养身的作用,特别适合冬季食用。

  • 1.童子鸡洗净沥干水
  • 2.分别把鸡腿,鸡翅膀,鸡胸斩成4块成八块
  • 3.准备调料
  • 4.把调料倒入鸡肉中拌匀腌制过夜
  • 5.炸锅200预热后铺上锡纸加入鸡块
  • 6.空气加入锅体先调15分钟
  • 7.时间到后取出翻面再10分钟即可
  • 8.装入盆中加入小葱后上桌
