豆沙夹心饼干

  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 10克
  • 35克
  • 70克
  • 白醋1勺
  • 泡打粉5克

Steps to make 豆沙夹心饼干

  • 1.蛋黄与蛋白分开,先打发蛋白,倒入白醋和糖!
  • 2.分三次放入糖,直至打发成奶油状!
  • 3.蛋黄搅拌均匀后放入糖搅拌均匀!
  • 4.倒入35克水,和10克油搅拌均匀!
  • 5.然后筛入面粉和泡打粉!
  • 6.搅拌均匀!
  • 7.然后分两次倒入打发好的蛋白,搅拌均匀!
  • 8.把搅拌均匀的蛋糊装入裱花袋里,然后慢慢挤出圆形,烤箱预热180°中层半小时左右就可以了,然后从油纸上取下来,抹上豆沙馅,跟做夹心饼干一样,两个中间放入豆沙馅就可以了!
