  • 姜末少许
  • 蒜末少许

Steps to make 韩日蔬菜海鲜营养锅

  • 1.黄豆芽铺锅底,依次摆油菜,小白菜、胡萝卜
  • 2.摆金针菇,香菇,豆腐(菌类事先要用水绰一下)
  • 3.继续摆放五花肉,藕片,豆泡
  • 4.最后摆海鲜,大虾、蛏子、扇贝、黄蚬子
  • 5.炒勺倒油加热把蒜末姜末放入煸炒
  • 6.再放入豆瓣酱、辣酱、蚝油、海鲜酱油、料酒一起翻炒
  • 7.酱炒好
  • 8.直接放入海鲜锅
  • 9.最后加入开水,加少许盐
  • 10.炖十分钟,最好是电火锅边吃边炖
