Steps to make 梅菜扣肉

  • 1.五花肉洗净,氽水;
  • 2.用牙签在猪皮表面插孔,再抹上酱油、老抽静置一个小时;
  • 3.梅肉提前浸泡,洗净再切;
  • 4.不煎锅放入少量油,猪肉向下,小火煎至焦黄;
  • 5.放凉切成片;
  • 6.热油,倒入梅菜略炒,再调入盐、酱油;
  • 7.取一个大碗,放入五花肉,猪皮那面朝下;
  • 8.再铺上一层梅菜,压紧;
  • 9.冷水蒸一个半小时,即可。
