奶干蛋糕
爱折腾吃的人,总是想方设法做点没吃过的尝尝。看到家里有去呼伦贝尔买回来的奶干,就想试试将它放在蛋糕里是什么结果。设想着两种情况,一是,烘焙后奶干溶解在蛋糕里,蛋糕的奶香味道更浓了,好吃。二是,烘焙后奶干没有溶解在蛋糕里,柔软的蛋糕里夹杂着很有嚼劲儿的奶干,食之,也是一种享受。尝试的结果是第二种情况,既好吃又好玩儿。

  • 白糖120g
  • 低筋面粉250g

Steps to make 奶干蛋糕

  • 1.称好所需要的食材。
  • 2.白糖中加入植物油。
  • 3.用打蛋器打发至体积蓬松。
  • 4.加入打散的鸡蛋,用打蛋器搅打均匀。分2次加,加第一次打发至鸡蛋与黄油完全融合后加下一次,再打发至鸡蛋与黄油完全融合。
  • 5.筛入低筋面粉和泡打粉,用橡皮刮刀翻拌均匀。分2次筛入。
  • 6.倒入牛奶,继续用刮刀翻,翻拌成面糊。
  • 7.纸杯摆入烤盘。
  • 8.把面糊装入纸杯,7、8分满即可。
  • 9.每个纸杯里加一颗奶干。
  • 10.烤盘放入预热好的烤箱,上下加热,170度,烤10分钟。
  • 11.取出烤盘,在奶干上方刷植物油后,再回烤箱烤7、8 分钟。
  • 12.烘焙好的蛋糕非常不错。
