苹果馅鲷鱼烧
听说稠鱼烧的馅大多是豆沙,可笔者想,也许馅可以改改,美食都是在改良和变化中存在和发展,笔者懒得做豆沙,改用了苹果,也很美味,外型也可爱。正当春节期间,也祝大伙年年有鱼(余),和平(苹)安康!

  • 玉桂粉1小勺
  • 红糖粉1大勺
  • 鸡蛋2枚
  • 白糖6大勺
  • 黄油2大勺
  • 泡打粉1小勺
  • 低筋面粉12大勺

Steps to make 苹果馅鲷鱼烧

  • 1.把馅料材料全部放入小锅中,开中火,搅拌至起泡,放入一容器中备用。
  • 2.把白糖、微波炉叮溶的黄油和打散的鸡蛋,用打蛋器打均匀,再置另一碗放入面粉,把泡打粉混入面粉中,用筛子分2次筛面粉入蛋液里,料理机最低速打均匀,用有柄面刨子翻拌均匀也可。
  • 3.在模具的表面都喷或刷一层无味的菜油,另外,预热烤箱400°F。
  • 4.把面糊碗震几震以去大气泡,注入面糊约1/3深,烤箱预热好后放入烤箱,烤约90秒即1分半钟。
  • 5.此时取出模子,在饼的中间放入约1/2~2/3大勺的馅料。
  • 6.再注入面糊至模具表面,把空的那边合上去,入烤箱。
  • 7.设置上火(BROIL)功能低档,烤约8分钟,从烤箱取出开模盖,看,金金黄黄的,如果成色不够,再放入烤箱烤长2~3分钟。
  • 8.然后将模底面翻转,开模,就成这个样子了。趁热享用,一次吃不完,可等冷却后入一盒子,不用放冰箱,一至两天之内吃完,不宜久放。
