漂亮的草莓果冻,晶莹剔透。孩子小时候,超市里有卖果冻的,但那时候不知道是用什么做的,曾经给孩子买过。现在草莓有了,吉利丁片有了,草莓果冻做起来。。。。自己做的,就是放心呢。

Steps to make 水果果冻

  • 1.原料:草莓、砂糖桔、白糖、吉利丁片。
  • 2.吉利丁片用冷水浸泡。
  • 3.纯净水加白糖,隔水搅拌融化。
  • 4.加入泡软的吉利丁片,搅拌融化备用。
  • 5.草莓切小块,砂糖桔去皮放入模具中。
  • 6.将融化好的纯净水倒入模具中,放冰箱冷藏4小时,用小勺将果冻慢慢取出即可食用。
  • 7.成品。
