    Steps to make 偷懒的韩国泡菜啊泡菜

    • 1.大白菜撕成片片= =先说明,这是我偷懒的做法。
    • 2.这是用的盐···这样的要两包才行。
    • 3.醋,泡菜酱以及辣椒本来应该使用大蒜的但是没有,我就用蒜蓉辣椒代替了,而新买的白醋用了大半瓶。
    • 4.先把片片的白菜用高浓度的盐水泡着····其实直接往上抹会更好,但是我心疼我的手。
    • 5.完了之后过滤= =这是我自创的过滤办法···保鲜膜上面扎了很多小洞。
    • 6.这是锡纸版的顺便说下···那个白菜我泡了近4个小时。
    • 7.放上去滤水。
    • 8.好了之后放到酱汁里面泡着因为我觉得不够咸所以又加了点盐。
    • 9.包好密封~~~先室温发酵~~因为我开了暖气,所以就发酵了12个小时左右然后就放进冰箱冻个两三天就能吃鸟。
    • 10.这是准备给我朋友的。
