萝卜烧鱼块
鱼身沿大骨切下两片鱼肉,做鱼丸子,炸鱼块,烧鱼块,蒸鱼块,煎鱼饼,都非常美味。鱼肉鲜嫩,搭配豆腐、酸菜、粉丝什么的,都特别好。今天蟹姐用白萝卜搭配鱼肉,先炸后烧,调味用了糖醋汁,萝卜软糯清甜,鱼肉鲜香可口,绝对是米饭的好搭档。

    Steps to make 萝卜烧鱼块

    • 1.准备鱼肉一块,切成拇指粗的条,放在大碗中,加盐,加白胡椒粉,加料酒和生抽抓均匀。
    • 2.鱼块腌过之后,加入淀粉和面粉拌均匀,酌量加一点清水,让鱼肉裹上面糊。
    • 3.炒锅倒油,油热后把鱼肉块逐条下锅,先炸定型捞起来,之后再下锅复炸,表面变黄后出锅沥油备用。
    • 4.炸好的鱼块,可以直接吃,也可以进行一步烧或者焖。
    • 5.白萝卜切成滚刀块,放在小锅中煮十分钟,捞出备用。煮萝卜的水可以用来煮汤,有顺气消食作用。
    • 6.小锅净锅后预热,加一点儿油,放上洋葱块炒香。
    • 7.接着放上炸好的鱼块和煮好的萝卜,往锅中加一点儿水。
    • 8.加入一勺蚝油,一勺酱油,一勺糖和适量的醋,酌量再加一点儿盐。
    • 9.大火烧开锅,盖上锅盖转小火煮五六分钟,
    • 10.最后开锅收一下汁,带着酸甜味道的萝卜烧鱼块就做好了,来碗白米饭,香香的可好吃了。
