暖脚宝自制酸奶
暖脚宝大家都不陌生吧?暖脚宝在冬天给我们提供温暖,犹记得没有笔记本的年代,坐在台式电脑前纵横网游、通宵奋战时,全靠暖脚宝保护我的脚不受冻,脚暖了,全身也就暖了。虽然现在笔记本、手机已取代了笨重又不能移动的台式机,我们可以坐在被窝中上网、游戏,但暖脚宝依然是我的好伙伴。
  暖脚宝的发热温度控制在比体温略高,这个温度让我们的脚舒适,也让让乳酸菌很喜欢——乳酸菌最适宜的发酵温度在30~40℃。所以,让我们赋予暖脚宝新的功能吧,用它来自制酸奶!

  • 纯牛奶1000毫升
  • 市售酸奶1盒
  • 砂锅1个
  • 开水1壶
  • 暖脚宝1个
  • 棉衣1件

Steps to make 暖脚宝自制酸奶

  • 1.准备暖脚宝一个。
  • 2.准备1000毫升纯牛奶,一盒用作菌种的酸奶,注意要买超市冷藏柜里的酸奶。
  • 3.容器用开水烫一下消毒杀菌,我用的是砂锅,砂锅保温性能比较好。
  • 4.作为菌种的酸奶倒入砂锅。
  • 5.再倒入牛奶,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.砂锅盖子上的小孔用保鲜膜封住,乳酸菌发酵不需要氧气。
  • 7.暖脚宝拿掉棉套子,垫一条旧牛仔裤,防止底部温度太高。
  • 8.砂锅放在牛仔裤上面。
  • 9.打开暖脚宝的开关,推到低温挡。
  • 10.开始时我罩了个泡沫箱,但因为泡沫箱有点小,底部没有密封,1小时后温度计显示14℃,所以换了旧棉衣包住砂锅和暖脚宝,密封好后1小时温度升到35℃。
  • 11.经过8小时的发酵,酸奶就做好了,等它凉后放入冷藏,会更浓稠。
  • 12.酸奶的吃法很多,可以和水果一起吃,可以和坚果一起吃,也可以泡麦片,拌沙拉等等。我做的是无糖的,喜欢甜食可以加糖或蜂蜜。
