  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.豆腐洗净后切成小块状。
  • 3.切好葱,姜,蒜。
  • 4.锅内倒油加热后,把豆腐放入煎会。
  • 5.豆腐表面稍稍煎黄即可乘出控油。
  • 6.锅内留余油,把葱白,蒜片,姜片放入炒香。
  • 7.再把煎好的豆腐放入,加入1勺的郫县豆瓣酱,白糖半小勺,鸡精少许,翻炒均匀。
  • 8.最后把青蒜叶放入炒匀即可。
  • 9.豆瓣酱有点咸了,所以不需要再加盐。
