阿胶,滋阴补血,冬令进补的良品!

  • 冰糖250g
  • 红枣200g(去核)
  • 核桃仁200g
  • 松子仁75g(酒渍)
  • 桂圆肉100g
  • 黄酒500ml

Steps to make 阿胶糕

  • 1.阿胶敲碎,入料理机磨成粉状
  • 2.冰糖磨成粉状
  • 3.放入干燥容器
  • 4.黑芝麻炒熟
  • 5.核桃仁,松子仁洗净,沥干水分后入烤箱烤熟(165°15分钟左右)
  • 6.红枣洗净去核,入烤箱烤干表面水分
  • 7.桂圆肉分成小块
  • 8.备好所有材料
  • 9.阿胶粉,冰糖粉入锅,倒入500ml黄酒开始熬胶
  • 10.中火煮开,转小火。胶浆变的浓稠,提起勺子浆成片滴落为好,俗称"挂旗"。大概40分钟左右,期间要不停搅拌,以防粘锅
  • 11.加入黑芝麻,搅拌
  • 12.加入核桃仁,松子仁
  • 13.加入红枣,搅拌
  • 14.加入桂圆肉,搅拌均匀
  • 15.出锅,放入涂过色拉油的平底锅内
  • 16.压平,表面洒上桂花
  • 17.自然冷却6小时,糕会变硬!也可以入冰箱冷冻1小时。
  • 18.切块,即可食用
