    Steps to make 韭菜盒子

    • 1.适量自发面粉用温水搅匀成面絮状,揉成光滑面团静至十分钟。
    • 2.鸡蛋打散,加入少许盐搅拌匀备用。
    • 3.热锅入油,倒入蛋液煎至凝固,用锅铲捣碎盛出晾凉备用。
    • 4.韭菜洗净沥干切碎放入大碗内。
    • 5.先淋入适量食用油把韭菜的水分先锁住,再放入鸡蛋碎,虾皮,蚝油搅匀,再放入适量盐,淋入适量香油再次搅拌均匀。
    • 6.面团搓成长条,分成等份的面剂。
    • 7.用擀面杖擀开成大饺子皮状,放入韭菜馅,按自己的手法包好。
    • 8.包成如图状即可,依次包好。
    • 9.不粘锅加热刷油,放入包好的韭菜盒子中小火烙制。
    • 10.一面煎至金黄色翻面煎至另一面,两面煎至金黄色时,沿锅边淋入少许热水加盖烙一会儿至韭菜盒子鼓起时即可
