  • 1.黄油稍稍搅打至顺滑。
  • 2.黄油加玉米淀粉、糖、盐打发,能看到明显发白,体积增大,呈现很好的乳霜状,也就是所谓的羽毛状。
  • 3.加入低粉拌匀。
  • 4.拌好的面糊装入裱花袋,请注意,不要一次性将所有面糊装入裱花袋好么,这么多面糊一次装,大力士也不好发力啊。一般我分2—3次装完。
  • 5.预热烤箱120℃,上下火,中层,烘烤45分钟,转180℃,烤8-10表面上色即可 。
