手工原味曲奇
来了美食家后,我喜欢上做菜,看了薄灰的日志喜欢上烘培,这道曲奇是我这一烘焙饼的杰作,当然要记录下来啦,哈哈,但挤花的技术真的要学习,挤得丑丑的样子,自己都不好意思上传啦。请各位高手多多指教。

  • 动物淡奶油90G
  • 低筋面粉200G
  • 糖粉40G
  • 奶粉10G
  • 柠檬汁3滴

Steps to make 手工原味曲奇

  • 1.安佳黄油135G 动物淡奶油90G 低筋面粉200G 糖粉40G 奶粉10G 柠檬汁3滴
  • 2.黄油切小块方便软化
  • 3.黄油软化后加入糖粉打发成体积面积变大,发白,呈羽毛状
  • 4.加了糖粉打发后的样子
  • 5.分两次动物淡奶油打发,加一次打一次,一定要打到均匀
  • 6.打均匀后,加入三滴柠檬汁翻拌均匀
  • 7.加入奶粉和低筋面粉翻拌均匀,不可拌太久,看不见粉即可
  • 8.拌好的材料
  • 9.粉类翻拌均匀后装在挤花袋里
  • 10.用曲奇花嘴挤出你想要的花纹
  • 11.烤箱预热180度,中层约烤20分
  • 12.完成
