鱼是丁丁爷爷在乡下钓的,一条大的一条小的,纯野生哦,在家里水池里养了好几天了,丁丁说是鱼妈妈和鱼宝宝,留着玩了几天,我不会处理,就图省事拿到菜场拾掇好了拎回来,小的做成鱼汤,大的做成酸菜鱼了,丁丁爸中午回来吃了一口,诧异地问:“这真是你做的?不是打包回来的?”*,这可是莫大的鼓励哦~

  • 1.鱼片成片腌好,我买的现成的料包,提前半小时腌好,加了一点点料酒
  • 2.鱼骨我单独先熬成了汤,加盐
  • 3.葱和香菜末,绿油油的,好看
  • 4.酸菜下油锅煸炒
  • 5.鱼骨汤下锅一起煮一会儿,加一点点盐和老抽
  • 6.盛出锅
  • 7.留一些鱼汤,不够加一点点水,放入调味包,等锅开
  • 8.鱼片下锅,用筷子划开
  • 9.锅开煮2-3分钟,鱼片有点卷边就可以了
  • 10.倒在酸菜上,撒上香菜末和葱末
  • 11.两勺油,冷的
  • 12.花椒,我今天放的少一点,考虑到爷爷奶奶太辣不能吃多
  • 13.辣椒,下油锅,时间不要长
  • 14.捞出辣椒和花椒铺在上面,剩下的油烧至冒烟,再浇在鱼上,兹啦一声~
